As a former CEO of a major importing company, David Moradifar is a veteran at making and closing business transactions. He began his lucrative career in the New York Garment District in 1980, and in 1987, he proceeded to expand his business to Los Angeles. After selling his business, David joined his wife Mitra, an established Realtor, to create The Moradifar Group. Together, they created a full service real estate team that serves their clients in all aspects from A to Z. David specializes in commercial properties, due to his extensive experience in the field.
“Real Estate is my true passion and I have worked in the field for over a decade”, David explains as his reasoning for the change in his career.
Performing several versatile transactions a year with a wide range of size and price, Top Agent Magazine profiled The Moradifar Group, giving them the “Rising Star” award in December 2013. Since then, Mitra and David have been expanding The Moradifar Group globally, and adding several associates to their team. David represents clients from the greater Los Angeles area, and works alongside an associate in Northern California to ensure he can meet the needs of his clientele.
Aside from work, David is involved with many local charities in Brentwood and a member of a bike club in Santa Monica. He enjoys helping out the community, especially the local schools, and meeting new people daily.
