As a former CEO of a major importing company, David Moradifar is a veteran at making and closing business transactions. He began his lucrative career in the New York Garment District in 1980, and in 1987, he proceeded to expand his business to Los Angeles. After selling his business, David joined his wife Mitra, an established Realtor, to create The Moradifar Group. Together, they created a full service real estate team that serves their clients in all aspects from A to Z. David specializes in commercial properties, due to his extensive experience in the field.
“Real Estate is my true passion and I have worked in the field for over a decade”, David explains as his reasoning for the change in his career.
Performing several versatile transactions a year with a wide range of size and price, Top Agent Magazine profiled The Moradifar Group, giving them the “Rising Star” award in December 2013. Since then, Mitra and David have been expanding The Moradifar Group globally, and adding several associates to their team. Aside from work, David is involved with many local charities in Brentwood and a member of a bike club in Santa Monica. He enjoys helping out the community, especially the local schools, and meeting new people daily.

Ethan Moradifar is a Junior Partner at The Moradifar Group. As a recent graduate of the University of Southern California, Ethan has degrees in both Real Estate Development and Business. While at USC, he was able to gain extensive experience and knowledge in his fields of study. Ethan has already been a part of multiple real estate and business transactions with very diverse groups of individuals, catering to their different needs. Nic Mora is the Director of Media & Client Relations at The Moradifar Group. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and is experienced in her fields of study, Communications & Cinematic Arts. Having worked in all areas of media, Nic brings forth a fresh new dynamic to real estate and is able to target various demographics looking to purchase, lease or invest in properties.
